Before you start recording, set up your camera on your iPhone
This is very important, otherwise the videos will be terrible.
Setting up the iPhone camera for video recording:
Open Settings.
Go to Camera.
Select Record Video at the top.
Turn on 4K at 30 fps.
Turn off HDR Video.
Video recording:
Open the Camera.
Switch to Video mode.
Set zoom to 4X (this is equivalent to a 100 mm lens on a regular camera)
Turn off Macro mode (flower icon at the bottom right).
The distance from the face to the Sexy Frame is approximately 20 cm.
